Sam Broxham

After a very unexpected redundancy from my fulltime sales rep role, I quickly realised my passion for fitness did not stop at training myself, I wanted to help others and ignite that passion I have for fitness within them. I studied whilst working fulltime in retail and we started Broxham Fitness in Nov 2014, I have not looked back. From getting up at 5.30am and running back to back morning bootcamps, still working my fulltime day job and then again running evening bootcamp sessions I was very busy but motivated and loved what I was doing.

Still now I am very busy at home, a lot has happened over the last 6 years but my passion for fitness, training clients and seeing great results has only increased. I now have 3 beautiful 4-year old’s, yes, they are triplets, 2 girls & 1 boy, Billie, Sonny and Mila. I’m still a working mum and I known from personal experience how hard it can be to find the time to work-out. Be it because of work hours, home commitments or general day to day obstacles, everyone has a different story. I also know what it’s like to watch your body change as you get older or carry babies or just life in general and even if you have worked out before or never needed to do any training and suddenly you feel like you have to start your fitness journey over.

Carrying 3 babies I gained 30kg and my body did not bounce back, I worked really hard to get fit again and it was not easy. I dragged myself to a small gym in our apartment building whilst my 8-month old babies slept. To this day I still remember crying during my first sessions back, I couldn’t breath after 20 seconds of mountain climbers. But this was my choice, I wanted to get fit again because I enjoy the way a workout makes me feel. Going through that now only makes me want to help anyone, mums, dads, teens, 20, 30, 40, 50+ who feel like they just can’t do it.

Exercise is a gift I love the feeling after a great work out I love providing a supportive, motivational atmosphere where anyone can come and join. I love helping and seeing people achieve their own personal fitness goals.
