Outdoor Bootcamp

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP training uses a HIIT (high Intensity Interval Training) method. Its a proven method to get better results faster! These sessions are run in a group circuit, it's a great community and fun environment.

What is involved in a Bootcamp Session?

  1. Session run between 45 - 60 minutes
  2. Warm up and cool down incorporated
  3. All equipment provided for the session
  4. Protein provided post session for muscle recovery.
